Hi, my name is Renee, but most people call me Neighsy.
I was born in Geelong, grew up in a small, beautiful beach town - Breamlea with my amazing family. In 2002, I contracted meningococcal meningitis, which wiped away all my natural hearing, leaving me profoundly deaf in both ears.
This life changing experience led me on a journey that has been both challenging and rewarding - driving me where I am today.
